The hotel offers a mixed experience with very spacious rooms stocked with complimentary soft drinks and beers on arrival, but facing some issues like the front desk manager's unprofessional behavior. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony adds a nice touch to the clean room.
I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel's location, being right by the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were so spacious and inviting, plus the little extra touches like soft drinks and beers made me feel truly pampered. The service was top-notch, with a super kind and pleasant room maid making sure everything was just right. The facilities were amazing, with pools, gardens, and entertaining outside areas to enjoy.

The previous guests' balloons still lingering in the room was a bit off-putting. The service, ranging from the pool bar in Block A to the reception staff, was friendly and helpful.
