I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel's location, being right by the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The rooms were so spacious and inviting, plus the little extra touches like soft drinks and beers made me feel truly pampered. The previous guests' balloons still lingering in the room was a bit off-putting. The service, ranging from the pool bar in Block A to the reception staff, was friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful with great pools and gardens, but Block A needs some attention. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were perfect, very nice, spacious, and clean with a big balcony and a lovely sea view. The service was excellent, especially from the entertainment team and the ladies at the mini club. The location was one of the best, with immaculate surroundings, great pools, gardens, and outside bars. The dining experience was great, especially with the homemade biscuits. The facilities were top-notch.
